Factory tours

If you are interested in how glass Christmas ornaments are made, you can visit us right at the workshop on a guided tour.

You will see the whole process – glass blowing, silvering, painting, decorating and the final packing of the ornaments.

The guided tour takes about 45 minutes. Admission: EUR 4 per person (2026)

We do not recommend the tour for children under 5 years of age or for people with reduced mobility, as our workshop is not wheelchair accessible.

Please wear footwear suitable for a workshop environment. We do not recommend flip-flops, bare feet or high heels.

We ask groups to arrive at the time booked for the tour. The visit to the shop always takes place after the tour. Where your guide will meet you: the main building, the large corridor by the reception. Our site is large, so we direct all groups to the same meeting point to avoid losing time looking for each other.

ONE GROUP can have a maximum of 30 people. If there are more of you, the tour needs to be spread over several days. We organise only one entry into the workshop per day – approximately 30 people a day.

If you like our products, you are welcome to visit our factory shop, where you can buy our glass Christmas ornaments.

You can also visit our creative workshop, where you decorate an ornament yourself.

In the creative workshop an ornament ready for decorating is waiting for you, together with a box. For larger groups such as schools, companies or organisations, a list of names must be brought. Everyone taking part in the tour must also take part in the creative workshop – it is not possible for only part of the group to paint. If you are not interested in the creative workshop, the group takes only the tour of the workshop. Time for the creative workshop: 20 minutes. The amount for the creative workshop must be collected in advance and paid for the whole group together with the tour fee at the shop. PAYMENT IS NOT MADE INDIVIDUALLY.

Tours for schools, companies and organisations take place on working days:

You must book in advance and reserve a date on +421 910 454 074. Once the date is agreed, we send instructions by e-mail for everyone entering the premises of Okrasa, v.d. Please read the instructions before your visit. On arrival, the person responsible for the group signs a statement that the group has been informed of the instructions.

Smaller groups (families, friends, colleagues and similar – from 1 to 15 people)
